Blue Light Photodynamic Therapy offers effective, non-invasive and pain-free blue light treatment for acne. It emits a safe, cool, visible blue light - not a laser. When used in a series of brief (approximately 16 minutes) exposure sessions, it provides a simple, and effective treatment regimen.

 

Actinic keratosis (AK), also known as solar keratosis, is by far the most common precancer, and is the result of prolonged exposure to sunlight. It is a small crusty or scaly bump that arises on or beneath the skin surface. The base may be light or dark, tan, pink, red, or a combination of these or the same color as your skin. Occasionally it itches or produces a pricking or tender sensation. It can also become inflamed and surrounded by redness. In rare instances, actinic keratoses can bleed.
